We pick up our guests at the hotel then we take a walk with our Chef to local market for choosing the best ingredients for the cookings class from herbs to fish or meat and learn about Vietnamese culture and life from the vendor.Then we head to the typical countryside of Vietnam,Coconut Village,which is defined as a Mekong Delta in the central of Vietnam.The trip begins with walking through fishing village to experience local life then we get you on the basket boat tour to along the coconut forest to explore many local activities here like fishing,crabbing and you can join in the first hand for these activities.

Then back our peaceful local family to join in cooking class with our Chef to learn to cook the typical 4-5 local dishes with the sample menu as belows:

-Fresh Spring Roll with Prawn.

-HoiAn Local Pancake.

-Banana or Mango Seasonal Salad.

-Fried Morning Glorry with Garlic.

-Seasonal fruit cut as dessert.
